Job Description

We’re looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team to assist with the collection of assigned accounts using our credit system software. This role is extremely important to the success of our company, as our Reconciliation Specialists create and maintain strong relationships with customers and our Sales team.

Essential Job Functions

• Daily contact with customers and sales force to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)
• Professionally resolve disputed item issues with customers
• Reconciliation of customer payments and accounts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Commercial Credit/Collection experience preferred
• 1 – 2 years of Customer Service experience
• MS Excel – "Proficient" skills (Vlookups required)

Physical Requirements

General office environment and occasional exposure to non-climate controlled warehouse. Requires standing, sitting, driving, use hands, balance, stoop, kneel, read, talk and hear; the employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
